When you place an order, Prime Global Media Ltd collects your name, email address, and delivery details solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order. This information is passed to Edelweiss Media GmbH for shipping purposes only. Payment is processed directly by Edelweiss Media GmbH. Your data will not be used for any other purpose and will be retained for 7 years in accordance with UK legal and accounting obligations, after which it will be securely deleted.
Data Retention We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Newsletter subscriber data is deleted promptly upon unsubscription. Transaction data is retained for 7 years in line with legal obligations.
The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are also stored until the end of product liability (10 years).
