FASHIONCLASH Festival is a 3-day hybrid festival, taking place from 25 until 27 November 2022 in Maastricht (The Netherlands), where a new generation of designers and performing artists from all over the world are given the opportunity to show their work to a broad (inter)national audience.
The program with exhibitions, performances, talks and fashion film screenings and awards, showcases projects that explore, contextualize and celebrate contemporary fashion culture.

If you contact us via a form on the website or by e-mail, your data will be stored for six months to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.

Data storage
We point out that for the purpose of a simpler purchasing process and for subsequent contract processing by the web shop operator in the context of cookies, the IP data of the connection owner are stored, as well as the name, address and credit card number of the buyer.
In addition, the following data are also stored with us for the purpose of contract execution: email address and contact number if added. The contractor requires your data to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. If you purchase in our web-shop you do fully agree that we can contact you in case of questions with your order. Without this data we can not conclude the contract with you. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place, with the exception of the transfer of the credit card data to the processing bank / payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax advisor/book keeper to fulfill our tax obligations.
After termination of the shopping process, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the case of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship are stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years).
The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are also stored until the end of product liability (10 years). Data processing takes place on the basis of the statutory provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for fulfillment of the contract) of the GDPR.

Newsletter
You have the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree with the subscription to the newsletter and our terms and conditions. Please note that we use the service ‘Mailchimp’ to send out the newsletter. Therefore your email address will be going through their server. Mailchimp does have their server in the US but states that it is complying with the regulations of the GDPR which is why PGM believes to be able to use their services.
You can cancel the subscription to the newsletter at any time. Please send your cancellation to the following e-mail address: sv@wear-magazine.com. We will immediately delete your data in connection with the newsletter dispatch.
